The all-volunteer CRCA Board is hosting their April board meeting on Monday April 30th via teleconference. Major topics on the agenda include:
- Mengoni Updates
- Numbers - no duplicates, order has been received, no paper numbers, no hand-written numbers
- Day of registration go/no go + plan for covering day of, if we do this
- Motos
- Marshals
- Officials covering race - need cones around results + judges. No racers should enter in front of the cameras or judges, ever.
- Results/podium coverage - Payouts person
- Car permits for results team, if needed
- Team covering registration
- 2 binders for each field
- 9-10 ppl total (one person checking in each binder)
- Transition plan for getting numbers to Fabienne for Friday nite pickup, and from Friday nite pick up to race
- 2 binders for each field
- Results/podium runner
- Results protest period (if it extends beyond 15 min on race day.)
- Board members or volunteers who can help out on Sat
- Assess need after we go thru the above so that we can properly allocate resources + assign tasks
- Anything else that needs to be wrapped up for Saturday
- Club Racing oppties for improvement
- No duplicate numbers
- Club race roster downloadable from site with first name, last name, usac number, race number, field. Pdf ok, excel or csv better
- Hand-written numbers - if we do this, comms to members saying that hand-written numbers might not end up in results (expectation management)
- W’s Dev roster - granting Tom access to BikeReg w’s dev races so that he can pull roster
- Car permits for remainder of season
- Client happiness w/Parks + CPC
- Anything else that needs attention
- Member happy hour status
- Date

- Workstream updates - high level status + what’s burning / risks, escalations, blockers
- Marshalling
- Teams
- Communications
