CRCA member and coach Deirdre Murphy Bader continues to give back to the local community and cycling through her involvement in the Start Track after school cycling program. USA Cycling recently ran a feature article on the program. Deirdre is the program's Executive Director. The program aims to introduce New York City youth to the sport of cycling by providing top quality coaching and the necessary equipment to get started. Run over eight weeks, the program is free to participants, but relies on the generosity of the community.
