February 2023 Board meeting minutes
The all-volunteer CRCA Board held it’s first February meeting on the 1st at 7pm. Minutes from that meeting follow below. If you have any questions or concerns about meeting minutes please reach out to Josh Sakofsky (Secretary), or any CRCA Board Member.

CLUB RACING
Board members to lead some post race rides.
PRESIDENT
Unanimous vote to adjust Associate member price to $25
Unanimous vote to change sub-team affiliation language to proposal:
Each local member of a CRCA sub-team who actively races road events must have "Century Road Club Association" as the club affiliation on their USAC license and must be a dues-paying Member of CRCA. A local racing member is characterized by either residing or competing in at least one road race of the current season in the tri-state area. Sub-teams are encouraged to have at least 50% of its members as CRCA Racing members, but Associate membership fulfills this requirement.
Each sub-team jersey must be a CRCA club jersey in compliance with Rule 9 below. Teams may not allow persons who are not members of CRCA to race in team jerseys in the tri-state area, and doing so will result in team suspension from the next CRCA club race. If a sub-team knowingly allows a non-CRCA member to race in a club or open race in a team jersey, any points earned at that race are forfeited, and the entire team may be suspended from racing until further notice (such suspension to carry over to the next season if necessary).
OPEN RACING
Securing barriers for start/finish area from NYPD/Parks for ALL CP races.
TREASURER
Ordering armbands and chips for new season.
Reviewing numbers for marshal subs and membership (racing and donor level) pricing.
