This year will mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy where we lost one of our club members – Nancy Morgenstern. Nancy worked at Cantor-Fitzgerald in the World Trade Center. She was a category 4 racer for the club, riding with the Axis sub-team, and had placed second in the Spring Bear Mountain race that year. This year’s event is being held on 9/11/11. Due to the memorial nature of this race, we are offering equal prize money for the Women’s 1/2/3 field as the Men’s 1/2 field, as well as a separate women’s 3/4 field.
